Every year AESSRA holds an Annual conference. Each year one conference topic is announced related to a recent issue for discussion during the conference and the call for papers is made in advance in order to allow researchers to submit papers on the announced topic. The selected papers, as recommended by the Committee are published along with the abstracts of the remaining research papers in the form of Conference Number of EA/IJSS.
